Today, we are living in corona period. Corona! A disease that killed millions of people and did not know how many countries' economy has dropped. However, everyone are trying to emerge from this pandemic crisis. A lot of health institutions are engaged to find out the cure of this disease, but will take more time to come out from this outbreak.

In real, we can say this is not the world that we had in mind! Now the world has changed. Many things are not same, the way people live has changed, the manner of doing business has changed. If we talk about the lifestyle now people will have to make habit to live with mask and proper sanitize themselves. They’ll have to avoid hand shake, the face to face meeting trends, sitting in close group’s even gather in seminar or any social events.

Today, no one can’t roam freely anywhere. People will have to go to the market for purchasing purpose not for fun. Theaters has been closed, we can’t go for movie with friends. We always love to travel and everyone have desire to go on a long drive, unfortunately today we can’t. The pub, night club, gym, spa every luxurious and entertaining platform has been suspended.

If we talk about the today’s business, the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is being felt by all businesses around the world. The virus, has changed the way of doing business. Today, it is more emphasized to adopt work from home culture, reducing the workforce at the workplace, and technology’s advancement in the big set-up. People’s are giving preference to online education and online business. However, the futuristic trend will adversely effect on the employment opportunities, but a blue print is being made to keep it in balance.

Some countries has adopted this pandemic as an opportunity. Recently, the Prime Minister of India (Shri. Narendra Modi) and Financial Minister (Nirmala Sitharaman) has announced a 20 lakh crore economic package to make their economy superior and to promote the self-dependent India mission.

The impact of a self-reliant India is being seen, the commercial activities is being diverted, and peoples are shifting to second options to earn their livelihood. A latest trend was seen on village level in India, the taxi service provider, are using their taxi in selling the food, supply of newspaper, milk and essential product. Now, the farmers are selling their vegetables and fruits directly without any mediator, the women group are engaging in making the mask and health kit, the retired teachers or educated person has associated as a freelancer tutor or consultant. Indeed! "Covid-19 may be proven as an opportunities conditionally if we deal with this situation with proper precautions".

Need proper Urban Planning to build Cities Climate Resilient

The half of the global population is living in rural (Villages) or urban areas (Cities and Metro Cities). By 2050, it will rise up to 2/3, as 1.4 million peoples like to move into urban areas.   Cities consume around 70 per cent of global energy and generate a comparable amount of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in both the short and long term, contributing to climate change. Furthermore, these poorly planned cities are vulnerable to extreme climate events and climate change-related phenomena. Cities can be divided into global megacities, mature cities and emerging cities. This latter group provides the greatest opportunity for bringing about a significant reduction in projected GHG emissions while maintaining strong growth. Emerging cities, like Delhi and Hyderabad and Pune in India and Rawalpindi in Pakistan, are rapidly growing. The mid-sized cities that are expected to produce over the 25 % of global income growth – coupled with one-third of new GHG emissions – over the co...
